Except that it is owned and made by NUNS.

Nuns as in members of a convent, the Carmelite Sisters of Kew to be exact.

Things have certainly changed from the days of penguin habit wearing, rosary bead dangling, cane weilding 'you'll burn in hell' nuns that most people remember them as!
