I'm a big fan of Monfries, he is really hard at it, alway involved, not too concerned if he makes mistakes

Couldn't have put that better myself. A lot of our youngsters seem so anxious about making mistakes that they tend to shirk away from the ball. Stating the obvious but I'd rather they go in hard and make a mistake than not go in at all.
