Watching on TV you will be able to see the grace in front of your very eyes. Instead of a black dot from the top of the 3 tier stand

Yeh (although I obviously tape all games and watch again later) but also the response from a home crowd as he ran on - can you imagine that.

If he plays this weekend the small band of Freo supporters amongst the filth will have a huge responsibility to scream their guts out when he comes on...

It will be hard to hear them over the booing from the swill.

I'd love to see him run on (in one of our home games) and the romantic in me wants him to kick a running goal to seal a game. The realist in me understands he'll probably get 14 possessions, kick directly to the opposition on at least one occasion, and be a bit timid in the contest for a quiet nondescript return.

Just watched the wafl game on iview, Mora was good without being 'great'.
Really solid and seemed to run out the game well. I like how he kept his feet even under a lot of pressure, I squirmed a couple of times seeing guys hang off him while he twists and turns and kicks in one motion - seeing that makes me think he knee is now as good as ever.
Couple of line breaking efforts through the middle looked like the mora of old, he seems to be tempering his side stepping a little but the fend is stronger than ever before.
As soon as he gets more confidence in his kicking and taking players and the game on he'll be a piece of the freo machine we've been missing.
Reckon the sub in freo v Geelong is good odds for his return match...

Lyon told Channel 7 on Tuesday night the midfielder could make his return to Fremantle's line-up as the sub in Sunday's Carlton Draught Derby, if he beat the charge at the WAFL Tribunal.

Ross you're a shameless f*****g ****-tease you know that??

:mad::mad: Stop playing games with our emotions man! Is he in or not???? :D:D:D

I agree that he is almost there, a bit more confidence will only make him better.

As for using him as the sub against the Cats, isn't that already a big enough blubberfest ?, ............... Pav.

I'd be very surprised if his first game back isn't a Freo home game although he could have a quite dramatic effect on the boys if he came on as the sub against the Eagles this weekend...

Play him as the sub I reckon. He'd be perfect with his run and carry and booming kick. He's cherry ripe

I thought the same when Micky B was coming back from his leg, he ended up playing in a nothing game against the Dees at the G.

Yes that is right.

The club has no room for sentiment these days. When he is ready and it is the best game for him, he will play, Not before.

Great to see he could possibly be getting a crack! The pace and change up of the AFL will test him but he has endured some tough times over the last 4 years so I'm sure he'll tackle this with some gusto.

Would be good if he was a 200cm power forward though.......

Reckon Mora, will play. Lyon very rarely makes comments on players/team selection unless he is going to back them in. Was there at MCG against Geelong in 2010 and will be there Sunday when the Emperor returns 12minutes into the third quarter.
This is the bit that excites me.

He has said in the past, Mora will make a comment in his own time.

Mora has ticked off 5 games of WAFL and I thinks his body is ready. Skills will be rusty, so we need to lower expectation of his impact though.
