Seriously, the clubs website can't stop talking about how he might play, this is awesome

I bet Mora is named as one of three emergencies that will also include Michael Barlow.
Any suggestions on the third ?

I am thinking Apeness.
Mora & Barlow to be named on the 7 man extended bench. Only one of them to actually play. - My tip.

definately sub material
I wouldn't have thought so. Let him play a couple more games where he dominates that level of footy first. His disposal is improving, but it's still letting him down at times. A few more weeks and he'll be cherry ripe. He's got another 8-10 years left (potentially) so there's no need to rush his return.

Anthony Morabito 27 disposals (19 kicks, 8 handballs) 3 tackles
Anthony played on the wing and inside mid. He demonstrated some good body work in close winning 10 clearances and having 14 ground balls. He used the ball well, won contested possessions and his running numbers improved.

10 clearances, wow.

A strong performance like this warrant at least a call up in the sub.
He will play "defiantly" :p :D

They were never going to bring him back for his first game in 3 years for the derby. It'll be a home game - first game back for him should always be a home game for maximum marketing emotional effect :p

I think he's going to be the Viv Michie of 2014. Even if he's playing well consistently, RTB will want him to play the majority of the season in the WAFL before considering giving him a run in the firsts. I'm not totally against the idea. The kid has years left in his career. No need to rush his return.

Please explain how my use of the word "literally" is incorrect in this situation.

It's just a nothing word in my opinion, and others by the look of it. What's the difference between

He is the best kick in the competition.

and

He is literally the best kick in the competition.

It's all about emphasis I guess.

It annoys me though when people use like this:
"I literally died laughing"

As opposed to "He is metaphorically the best kick in the competition"

RTB has just said in a presser that Mora's now got tonsillitis so isn't training today.

Come on that's just taking the piss now right? Poor bloke's done an ACT*?

*Anterior Cruciate Tonsil. I know, if you have to explain a joke it's no longer a joke but here we are.

So overused nowadays. As Seppo said, incorrectly used is worse.

Oh I agree, I liken it to when I hear people using the word 'like'. Eg : " It was 'like' totally awesome, Like amazballs."

That's just the teenager/young adult style of speak nowadays. They all seem to do it ...
Literally kills me. IQ drops about 80 points every time.

Edit: added Literally for Seppo
