You got to hand it to Caroline - she is as sharp as a tack isn't she. Scoop of the year. Everyone knows that the Roos lost over $1.1 million and obviously have cash flow problems and she has managed to find some people who are owed money. Well blow me down, that must have been difficult mustn't it. I don't know about the rest of you, but when I am having cash flow problems most of my creditors don't get paid on time. Will someone please tell her it's all the one story.
I think think that the significance is that despite the problems and worries of the players, coach, (and everyone who loves the Roos) the team continues to perform on the field. The players may be wondering about their payments, but Denis turns them out week after week to continuiusly give their best (more often than not good enough to win games).
Poor Caroline. Poor Tigers. Even when they do the right thing and have a big win they still miss out. It will never be their day will it?
I've sent in my family's memberships and am going to contribute to BEWARE. We'll see the Kangaroos survive!!!!!
Well said, and well done Peter! Through your club's adversity you will discover a passion for your football team that others on this Board will never understand.

Goddamn Vultures. Carrion filth who can only justify their resource-rich teams failures by desperately hoping another Club will fall over.

Call yourselves Football supporters?!

What would Dwayne Russell know about anything you ******? He's just a fat poof just like you.

Thanks for your support, Hawkforce.
I sometimes think that if North ever became rich they might lose their edge. It's nerve wracking sometimes (sorry, all the time) but there is a certain exhileration living one game to the next. It's a bit like being an Australian at the Olympic games - the USA etc expect to win 40-50 gold medals but I am sure no American got the same buz I got from watching Debbie Flintoff-King win in Soul, or Perkins or The oarsome foursome etc. We barrack for North to see them succeed against the odds. Of course there ore other teams in almost our situation and their supporters know how we feel....the Hawks have been in our situation over the and have been great years.

Well said Hawkforce!

To think that some people actually take some pleasure out of the financial hardships of another club is beyond me.

Kangaroo fans, half the Victorian teams have gone through similar financial difficulties. Dig deep for your team now we'll probably have another decade of the roos playing finals footy every year. (I'll be careful what I wish for in the future
