With news that Todd will return to the Dees as General Manager of Player Development is it more or less likely we'll get Jack?

Many on the Dees board are excited and feel assured we'll have jack too in a couple of years but is it an advantage or not? In a professional sport would there be conflict arising? Tension / selection difficulties?

Personally I wouldn't want to play for my Dad.

While Todd isn't Senior Coach yet he'll be heavily involved in the decision making/ coaching role.

Fair enough - I guess its pretty much a done deal but then how do you think it'll work?

Reckon Todd would be harder on Jack? How long can the partnership go on? 10 years? more? I wouldn't want my Dad privy too and involved in the club and activities as such - telling me what to do as a boss. What happens when he needs his Dad to just be his Dad?

Have there been any long term successful coach/player father/son teams in history?
