Morrison government is trying to sneak these IR law changes through. Just more Liberal Coalition robbery, not that scum Labor is any better. Straight out of your pocket and into the multi nationals that pay zero tax. Get in touch with your local or federal MP, find out more, or, get in touch with a union.

The Morrison Government have proposed sweeping law changes to industrial relations laws that will strip your rights, stop wage growth, and allow cuts to your conditions.
There are five key proposals:

1 - The Morrison Government plans to make insecure work worse.
If you're a casual worker, but you're working permanent hours we want to hear from you. That’s because the government wants to create a new definition of casual employment that makes it easier for bosses to define you as a casual worker when you're working regular hours week after week. This will grow the number of permanent casuals.

2 - They're attacking our Agreements.
These changes would make it easier for bosses to push through agreements that cut conditions even if these agreements make workers worse off. If you're working somewhere that is currently in bargaining and your employer is seeking to reduce conditions or terminate your agreement let us know.

3 - They're silencing workers' voices.

The government plans to make changes to greenfields agreements. Any project over $250m will be able to make agreements for up to eight years. Right now, it's four years. This legislation would mean eight years without being able to bargain for better conditions or take industrial action! We want to hear from anyone working on major projects, or who regularly works on major projects, where bargaining helped to improve wages and conditions, or solve problems.

4 - They're undermining state wage theft protections.
If you've ever had your wages stolen, get in touch because the Morrison Government's plan will undermine the powerful state laws we fought hard for.

5 - They're attacking overtime pay.
If you're a part-time worker on the Vehicle, Repair, Services and Retails award we want to hear from you because part-timers who work more than their agreed hours won't get overtime, under their plan.
