My thoughts.

2 players on our list that we dont discuss much about...

Garry Moss-Shows a bit oz Zip and looks like he uses the pill ok and could be dangerous around the sticks. Cops a lot of injuries.

Luke McEntee-Huge leap and very athletic. Seems to spend a lot of time and Box Hill reserves.

Will these two survive at seasons end?

I noticed a McEntee kicked 6 for Southport on the weekend. Is this a brother or relation that we should know of?

Na, not a Brother. Luke is from North Adelaide in SA and Daniel and Ben (most likely the goal kicker from the weekend) are from Glenelg. Both were super players for the Tiges.

Re: Moss and McEntee

Moss is not AFL standard. He is just not big enough and has too many limitations. Does not do enough at Box Hill. Will almost certainly be delisted.

McEntee is carrying an injury. Might be kept as insurance next year with Bailey's injury but needs to take the next step with his development.

Re: Moss and McEntee

Moss has been overtaken by Cyril and Stokesy. Would also be competing against Whitecross if Mossy was to become a midfielder. Mossy is no dud but all the other three seem to have a bigger upside.

McEntee will have to show more than Walsh to stay on the list. McEntee is a very good tap ruck but ordinary after that. Walsh is miles in front as far as being mobile ruckman.

Given they are extending the number of rookies next year, we can afford to keep Stokesy and Walsh as rookies for another year. I would be in no hurry to delist McEntee as if he comes good we will have some great trade bait.

I would think that Stokesy would probably be promoted to the senior list next year. I really hope he gets another chance to play seniors this season.

I agree that it would be a good idea to hang on to McEntee for a bit longer. With a leap like that he could become a very handy tap ruckman. hopefully he can take the next step in 2009

.

Moss, to me, looks like a Carltonian.

With this question being posed on both players......i ask this, who will be delisted?jacobs is gone already, zacs in the gun,not sure on boyle and clarke and being you must delist a min of 3 players per year you would think that one or both are under the pump...add to that the fact stokes and maybe walsh will be elevated off the rookie list ,we need room.
All will be known at the end of the year:D
