Chicks 10/10. On the tan track. Hot chicks "training" on the oval next door.
Location 10/10. East Melbourne. Also see chicks
Crowds 8/10. Preety good. Even during s**t times. Preety loud.
Profile 10/10. Also see chicks
Facilities 10/10
Pay 5/10. Always going to have cap issues and ego's. Fairly rare to get way more than your worth.
Success. 6/10. Actually really good for finals. Play a lot of grand finals too.
Not too great for the flag though if that's your thing.

2. Eagles. 8/10.
Would be 10/10 if not in Perth.
You can get away with anything in Perth if your a half decent player
Chicks. 9/10. If you play for Eagles your gonna do just fine
Location. 7/10. Big dogs in Perth which is nice and Subi is a bit Lar di dar.
Crowds. 8/10. Excellent. But its not the G.
But always a full house and always loud through good and bad
Profile 9/10. Massive profile in Perth. Not quite Melb but you'd take it.
Pay 5/10. (Re. Pies)
Facilities 10/10

Chicks. 8/10. Might seem way too high. But.. flexibility! That is the key.
Have your pick of Geelong which is getting better but you are also close to Melb to go for the high end wags.
Location. 6/10 - 10/10
Depends on your age and what you like.
But has something for everyone and close to Melb if you wanna go there.
Profile 6/10. Once again close to Melbourne is the key. Can go up there and do that Instagram s**t.
Crowds. 7/10. Also might seem way to high. But KP is usually fullish, although extremely quiet, but once again flexibility.
We still play big clubs at the G.
Maybe a six.
Pay 4/10.

My shock pick is Melbourne 5th. Maybe not now but there location is absolutely top notch.
When this is figured out they are going to rocket right up.

Noone wants to go out to train at Tulla.
Its way out, and its windy as all f**k.
Zero chicks.
