Most important Carlton forward - Poll

If the club believes Gibbs is going to Adelaide next year I would like to see him thrown forward. Gibbs should be able to kick 40+ goals and provide some leadership in the forward line which we have been lacking in recent years and its also an opportunity to give our young midfielders more time in the middle. So I'm nominating Gibbs as our most important forward for 2017.

I think Charlie Curnow is going to be surprise most out of this poll, Will probably be our best forward, given the competition is littered and looking for them type of tall athletic and incredibly mobile forwards, McKay is more of a sit at home player whereas Curnow really reminds me of Lynch from gold coast... we can hope!

Personally I think McKay will be the Lynch type, and Charlie will be a bit like Pavlich. Could be scary if they both realise their potential.

This is an over analysis of two very young men who probably haven't stopped forming their personalities and who have played very little football for two different teams at different stages of development.

All I know is, from the 25 or so collective minutes of football I've seen Harry play, he plays with good aggression and movement for a big guy and talks well on the few CFCTV interviews.

Ben looked great in the couple of the VFL games I saw, North would be VERY happy with those signs. Good on them both, it would sting a little if Ben was better but it would only be marginal because H has an incredibly high ceiling.

Whose to say Harry is the better prospect, but North are better at developing young talls? Another variable to factor in.......

My sister-in-law bought a house a few years ago from a basketballer who had it specially built with high doors and ceilings. But that was in Ocean Grove so I guess it's not the same place.

How many years have they dumped into Tarrant, Black (now traded), Daw and Hansen? This is the year they have to put the pressure on those guys and the kids, and you'll see they've more than likely stalled the development of all of them.

I can see Hansen being moved on this year, Tippett being delisted and Wood's form declining. Brown was ready made, and Durdin looks like he might waste away in the VFL if they don't get serious about developing him.

Their entire list is a bit of a shit show really, though I like what they did overall at the last draft.
