Most improved Lion!

Who do you think is the most improved young player so far this year. I have put in these options and I hope I didn't forget some players. (Based on players who have played previous years. Not on players who have made their debut)

Ashley McGrath
Robert Copeland
Jamie Charman
Dylan McLaren
Jared Brennan

IMO it's close out of Hadley and Charman, cannot separate the two. But I'd go with Hadley.

It's a hard midfield to break into so he's done beautifully.

Looks like no one can separate Charman, Hadley and McLaren. All 3 are doing well.

Poll is based on young players who have made their debut the last few years but havn't had many oppurtunities. Not the debut this year, hence why MacDonald isn't an option.

I'd have to say Copeland.

I reckon his appeal as an up'n'comer has been tarnished by his 2001 premiership medal, so he doens't get regarded as fairly new to the game. People forget he was an elevated rookie that held down his spot and was originally a thugby league player from Joh Bjelke country. I don't reckon it's a small feat that he's held on and managed to cement a regular senior spot amongst a group of blokes that grew up living and breathing aussie rules. And I'd never want to be on the end of one of his trademark tackle'n'dumps.

Hadley - although we all knew he had it in him; it was just a matter of opportunity.

Charman's star is on the up and up too.

Charman will be AA ruckman in the next 5 years and Hadley will have a Brownlow around his neck in the next 10.

Yep, McGrath is better down back alright.

Out of the players listed in the poll, I reckon Hadley would be more of a standout player than the others, if he were given a chance (with more game time) at another club.
