Bombers 2000/2001 - Thought they were unbeatable & the greatest side ever, and they didn't hesitate to remind everyone just how great they were.

Eagles 2006 - Talks of a dynasty were apparently a bit too premature, and for a while there the hatred shown towards my fellow eagles posters was something I had never experienced on these boards. Didn't help our cause that the players were continually playing up off field, leaving us having to stick up for them like our sh*t didn't stink. If Kerr wants to wip a taxi driver with a car antenna, its his right to do so!

Geelong 2007/2008 - They have the greatest team, coach, FB, midfielders, taggers, forwards, ruck, trainers, supporters, youngsters, etc in the world. Prior to every game they claim an easy 10 goal victory. Any poll or debate always ends with Cats supporters declaring that <insert player> is the best in the comp at what he does.

Carlton 2008 - They nabbed Judd, now they seem to think the footy world respects them. They don't shy away from telling everyone they have the best youngsters in the AFL, the most potential, success is only just around the corner, etc etc etc. Kreuzer is better than Leuenberger. Gibbs is better than J.Selwood. Hampson will be the next Cox. It just doesn't stop.

Shit you people just don't give it a rest do you. All sane poeple realised we were still in for a tough year but have plenty of positives for the years to come. You team however is the one that sucks. Your coach has lost his mind (tanking already?) and you probably need to rebuild, AGAIN.

My mates don't hesitate reminding me how bad I was during the 00/01 seasons, and looking back I was very obnoxious. But I don't think I was as bad as some Carlton supporters, they have been crowing about premierships all summer even now when they are 0-3 they still jump up and down about how they will dominate the next 5 seasons, so my vote goes to Carlton, only for the fact they have no reason whatsoever to be obnoxious, at least our teams were winning while we were being bastards!

On BigFooty: Hawthorn or Carlton. Both absolutely love telling everyone how good their team will be (and in hawthorn's case, already are) for the next 5 years. Problem is, Hawthorn have drafted really well and deserve to be where they are, and will be. Carlton have done nothing but scrape the bottom of the barrel for number one picks, and buy judd. and they STILL aren't any good, after being pathetic since 2002.

At games: collingwood supporters. the most feral, uneducated, obnoxious bunch of people i've ever been surrounded by. they yell abuse at the umpires, opposition players, THEIR OWN players (i was at anzac day last year and the amount of abuse travis cloke copped from his own supporters, on a day he was pretty reasonable, was ridiculous), each other, anyone wearing opposition colours, even if they're minding their own business. absolute scum.

however the geelong fans are fast catching up

i remember last year i wanted them to win the flag because i thought they had such great supporters on here, a year later and some of them have become unbearable
