Don’t hate him at all, simple fact is though he has now wasted his chances of winning a GP and now sits in the worst team in the paddock for the next two years after which he will be spat out into oblivion..
I’m sure he will look back at this period with regret that he wasn’t more aggressive as he should be a multi time winner… he has been in good teams the past three years but has failed to produce each time.

He should be a multi time winner is such a throwaway line. What are all of these multiple races he's clearly been the strongest rider and not won. Could he have won a race? Sure. Should he have won a race? Perhaps. Winning a world championship race is tough - especially riding in lesser teams.

In terms of the teams he's raced for, this was the first year he raced for a decently resourced team and they are still only a 2nd tier team, not one of the top teams.

CIP Greenpower are a smaller team who typically have to take on unfacied rookies and used as stepping stones to get to strong teams.
Pruestel had one anomalous strong season where Bez fought for the title and finished 3rd and Kornfeil 8th but otherwise they perenially ran around in the bottom half of the field and folded at the end of the season Joel rode for them.
BOE who he rode for last year are similar to CIP, a small team run on a shoestring budget running unfancied riders. Last year was their strongest ever season running Munoz and Kelso - who both bolted for stronger teams.

Finally, the Levelup team Joel rode for this year are the strongest of the teams he's ridden for, but they are clearly still second string behind Ajo, Tech3, Aspar, MSI, Intact and Leopard. Prior to this season, they'd scored 3 podiums in their history - 2 wins and a third en route to 6th in the championship in 2023 (187 points over 20 rounds) with Ivan Ortola. So Joel has equalled their best ever finish with 6th in this seasons title with four poiums and 193 points over the 22 rounds (184 points through the first 20 rounds). He's hardly a failure.

So now he's at MLav who, as you say, are the worst performing team in Moto3 over the last few seasons. His hope will be that because they tried to promote British talent (which is particularly limited at the moment) it's a lack of talent and not the team that were the cause of the terrible results - like a worse version of what he just found himself in with Levelup. I wouldn't hold my breath on that though.
