Me: The wifi?
TPG: No, the DSL connection. We need a stable connection.
Me: I have a connection. I can hook up my laptop, I just don't have wifi now.
TPG: Ok. Telstra must have fixed the DSL issue.

*2 days later*
Me: The wifi issue is still not fixed
TPG: Telstra is attending tomorrow to fix the DSL issue.
Me: I already told you that's fixed.
TPG: No you didn't. It says on your file you have no DSL connectivity.
Me:.....

*Last night*
TPG: Telstra have fixed the DSL connection issue, you now have internet.
Me: I know. I told you that 2-3 days ago. The issue is I can't connect to the wifi.
TPG: Ok we were unaware of that. We will look into it by the 27th.
