Yes and many against teams that use that as there home ground

The comp is not even it simply cant be

As we see with the disadvantages the GC have

Or Westcoast and Freo having huge traveling agendas

It is what it is
May as well just accept it then 🙄

It wouldn't take much to work out a fixture focused on travel.

EVERY team plays 6 or 7 proper away games and 15 or 16 games at their home ground. You have a Collingwood v Richmond gane at the MCG which is a home game for both, and Adelaide v Pauer at AO which is a home game for both.

You might ask "How do fans get to every game when it's adel v port?" They don't, but you can all get to 11 home games as usual, with preference to blockbuster games for the higher level members

I will crash Bigfooty if Mackay is picked ahead of the kids in 2020.
He won't. Pure backup. On minimum chips and likely kept to help out in the sanfl in some sort of mentoring and training standards role. In saying that he should have been traded years ago. Nicks knows his job is to build the next flag and has been given sufficient time to do that imo. As long as their is sustained improvement and they play a gameplan and style that fans are proud he will be fine. The young players should be training their ass of now as they have a great opportunity to set their career up and cement a best 22 spot next year. They need to make it impossible for match committee to not pick them through their endeavour over the preseason. Nicks knows the real improvement must come from youth. They will get their chance but they will need to show something otherwise they will be moved out just as quick. This type of scenario means that everyone is under pressure to perform and players will no longer be hidden in the sanfl. If the required improvement is not there with our youth then I feel he will continue to go to the draft and trade by moving out anyone on decent money not in our best 5 or 6.

Saw comments from Bucky:

ADELAIDE
Buckenara column excerpt: “What stands out is the depth — this list is capable of much more than its 10-12 win-loss season this year, even without the players that have been traded. This should be a team that makes finals and challenges for a top-four position.”

Felt pretty positive. Then saw:

GWS GIANTS
“The addition of Sam Jacobs as No.1 ruck is the missing piece of the puzzle.

“Jacobs has been so durable throughout his career, he’s a smart player and a very good tap ruckman, so we could see a different GWS midfield set-up next year where clearance will play a much bigger role as Jacobs gives the likes of Josh Kelly, Stephen Coniglio, Callan Ward — who will return from a knee reconstruction — and Jacob Hopper first use.”
