Don't think that works, maybe if every other character is fake. Gideon talked to both of them last ep (?)so Elliot is tyrell?
Yeah, thought it was a drag and easily the worst episode of the season.Probably the weakest episode overall, which is weird for a season finale.
A lot left out and not many questions answered, at least they've set up a whole lot of possibilities for next season...
The finale didn’t provide a whole lot of answers. Spending most of the episode looking for Tyrell, to no avail, merely fuelled the pervasive sense of jittery paranoia of the show. The finale played best as a series of moments and lines like that riveting scene between Elliot and Tyrell’s wife. Or Elliot’s imagined alter ego Mr. Robot telling him, “I’m no less real than the ******* meat patty in your Big Mac.” I also liked Angela's personality switch, it gave Portia Doubleday the opportunity to deliver her best performance of the series. She does intimidating exceedingly well.
However, they did set up tantalising scenarios for the second season, which augurs greater involvement by the malevolent Michael Cristofer and BD Wong. If Elliot thinks he’s triggered a revolution, Cristofer’s unnerving cool suggests the uber rich elite, the 1%er's - won’t be beaten so easily. Definitely the best series of 2015.
Regardless of the reason for Angela's personality switch, it gave Portia Doubleday the opportunity to deliver her best performance of the series. She does intimidating exceedingly well.
