I think when the arrow head of Water Gate got closer to Nixon, he started firing staff left, right and centre to cover his arse before he resigned in disgrace. I see parallels here with Captain Woke.

There's no pathway to, the Appeals Board is the end of the line, hence they don't hear further arguments on the facts and focus on the mechanisms behind reaching the outcome. That being said, Saints brought on some pretty heavy hitters that have day-to-day implications for the Chair being a KC... I'll leave it there

You need to understand that the AFL is a political entity at its core - which means the "party" can never seriously be at fault.
