I reckon other clubs love us picking before them.

Matured physically a lot over the last 12-18 months. Still has 2-3kg to go but by the sounds of things he is benefitting being the Williamstown focal point. Always thought he’d end up on a list eventually.

AFL young guns Vs Vic Metro tomorrow at 11am. I’ll hopefully have a chance to watch this game before the north game. For the MSD and the young guns side I’ll be keeping an eye on:

Floyd Burmeister
Charlie Orchard
Adrian Cole (North VFL listed Key Defender)
Oliver Depaoli-Kubank

Outside of those 4 I doubt there will be too many young guns that will end up getting drafted.

Nah, but that’s not surprising considering only 4-5 VFL listed players have been getting a crack each week.

He has been playing as an overage player for Dandy. Lockdown key defender seems to be his go, isn’t much of an accumulator or interceptor which probably hurts his draft chances.

No disrespect to Kallan but the number of games he has played casts a lot of doubt on him being a success for us, especially when you consider Massimo D'Ambrosia being available in that same draft. I have zero confidence that we will do any better with our pick this year.
