The highest is doctor 2
If there is a third doctor someone will be protected twice.

No we should call them Doc 1 and 2, or doc 1, 2 and 3. They should make an educated guess which one they are from their position in the list and we can suggest targets for them.

When he said something along the lines of my eyes not being as good as I thought, I figured I would clear it up. Then Meltington went rogue, so I waited.
