I saw a few posters around St Kilda and posts on Facebook about Isla. Really sad to see the outcome of this.

She ran in the same circle as me, whilst I didn't know her well we had crossed paths a few times.. Lovely, lovely woman. I have some friends who knew her very well and are in complete shock and mourning today.

I hope the two guys are buried under the prison.

This is heartbreaking.

I’ve seen this posted on socials and local noticeboards for weeks. Initially it gave the impression that this was a teen that ran away for a period of time as some teens do.

As time went on, it was clear something else was going on here. Terrible news.

I didn't hear anything on the news about Isla being missing but I did see posters around my area (eastern suburbs) and I hoped she may have just run away. I was impressed that family and friends were obviously working hard to do what they could to find her. So sad to hear about this outcome.

didn’t they track her phone records and know that she was in contact with him?

saw her on posters around st kilda where i live but almost nothing in the media which i found surprising for such a young girl. that will all change now there is a “sugar daddy” angle.

good that the police appear to have caught the people responsible.

seem like absolute brainless clowns if the stories about moving the fridge in today’s papers are to be believed.
