A few players showed something out there. Murph was great, Simmo a four quarter leader, Thomas was good I thought. Maybe Pendlebury was on the bench a lot during the game because I didn't see him much at all until the last.

Crowley was awful I thought, Foley didn't seem to do much, Brennan was pretty good, Thompson the best kick of the ball out there.

First post for me. Think Hellfire is grabbing at straws with Pendles. I thought that leading a comeback included scoreboard pressure. Yeh, it was great he finally got some of the ball, but to be part of a comeback, when a chance comes by you need to finish. ( Or at least look like you could)

At the risk of sounding simple, how do you quote someone?

Aim up Bhoys.

Nice start and welcome, AZZA. Just click on quote at the bottom right and away you go. Not sure if there are any restrictions on you for the first month or so. Go Blues. :):thumbsu:

You realise this is international rules right?

You really had me laughing.

Murphy was outstanding, he and Pendlebury turned it on in the last quarter (Murphy more so, but Pendles whether you like it or not did it too) and led the comeback. Not sure how you can say he was missing targets all night, when he was only really seen in the last quarter, where he was hitting his targets. Shame he can't kick for goal too well with the round ball.

Didn't think much of Simpson at all, but Murphy was brilliant.

I have to agree with Hellfire it is international rules and counts for little. Pendles is a sublime talent and you would have to be very very happy you got him at five. Who is better out of him or Murphy time will tell.
