He never said that at all.

Having Keilor, Kerang, Rumbalara and Burnside Heights all pop up in the news about alleged salary cap breaches in such a short space of time gives a bad impression about grassroots football as a whole statewide.

Exactly so being affiliated or unaffiliated makes no difference

I’m not trying to disagree on purpose this time I promise as I do understand what you are saying however I think it’s good to finally see the cap being policed and enforced
The point of concern I raised was never about it being policed , I concur it is pleasing to see it policed . I also understand that some support the name and shame aspect . However my point is that the consequence of publicising is the impact it will have / is having , on commercial enterprise willing to be associated .
Additionally , in cases where there is no impact on any other club ( loss of point etc ) and there has merely been an unintentional clerical error then public it only serves to shame a volunteer(s) . Unfortunately , this has already started to significantly impact volunteers willingness to be involved .

Any chance that Jessie Johnstone from tongala is playing? Pre season at Bendigo pioneers apparently goes nice. Wouldn’t mind seeing the young fella play. Cheers
Yeah not a very high chance at all he's somehow made his way to play for nightcliff in the granny this week. Wouldn't be suprised if young gun Will Brennan steps up to play, very bright future he has
