I totally agree and understand what both Tas and The Stiffmeister have said, which is why I'm more than happy for Reilly, Schuey and Watts to take a couple of years to develop.
Bock and Hentschel have been in the system a bit longer, and hopefully they should be able to increase their general strenth over the summer - not necessarily meaning huge biceps.
I've often wondered whether it is possible to determine whether or not a junior player will be able to easily bulk up once he is drafted.
Look at Matt Maguire from the Saints, he is still 19 yet is already 96kg, whereas Bassett is 27 (?), and finds it impossible to put on bulk. (And they are the same height)
When I claim my position as Recruiting Manager for the AFC in a few years time (
