I wonder what his diet was like in jail?

Could the club get him eating a separate meal plan in there or even give him protein, creatine supplements etc. ??

If he has done all the right things whilst inside and continues to do so until the draft, what are the chances of an updgrade this year? He's the type of player we need right now. Can't see us getting rid of any of the other rookies yet so would give us a the flexibility in the rookie draft.

Nah won't do that. Not just because of the image it gives off but also because he has to work hard for more than 6 months to pay the club back really.

We'll end up with the same amount of players on our list (senior + rookie) regardless, best to keep him on his toes.

Yeah fair enough too, would've liked us to take a project ruck through the RD instead of taking up a spot on the main list. Wishful thinking...

Pretty sure Sinclair will be upgraded creating a spot on the Rookie List to recruit another project ruckman.

Sinclair needs to be on the main list to be an adequate backup.

Its not going to be 7kg of pure muscle. Probably half of it is. He was very lean before he went in. Could easily put a couple of kilos on the gut without really noticing it.

Adding 7 kilos does bode wel...
Adding 7 kilos seemed excellent, glad to see that he's showing that commitment to really putting on that size that's needed to play modern football. Your turn Gaffy.

The bloke couldn't run out of sight on a dark night before he went in the can. Adding 7Kg and being confined to prison yards isn't going to help his running ability at all. He'd want to lose 5Kg or he'll be getting lapped in time trials

Muzza was always going to end up bigger than Gaff. He's grown since being drafted and wound up being taller and has a wider frame across the shoulders and hips.

Redundant. He never put in the work in the limited time he had to have a decent tank, much rather he put in the work to add size now and stripped back later. These are good, not bad signs.

Is that the case? Thought they were listed as 181cm and 180cm respectively (with Gaff being taller).

You're about a year out with your time line. He'd just done a full pre season before going in.

There's a video Nic Nat has put up in Instagram of a few boys in the weights room, I'm pretty sure the first guy it pans across is Muzz and he looks like a tank!

Edit: apologies for not posting the vid, on holiday with not access to a computer.

Not 100% sure if it is him as it does look a little bit like Tunbridge but i could be wrong as i think he was going to be training away from the club for a few months.
