RF,open the photos in a graphics program (ie Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop, MS Paint etc) and reduces the size of them. IF you want I can do it for you.

Thanks but i don't really mind about the size, as long as they work I'm happy. So at the moment, i'm not happy, lol.
