Jambalaya needs Andouille sausage. Chorizo , not really. But you can't find some stuff here.

Sweet potatoes need to be roasted in the oven in aluminium foil then split in half and covered in brown sugar and butter and placed back in the oven to melt and carmelize. They do not belong in a pie or even made into chips. Peasants.

Throw in a pinch of nutmeg on the Sweet Potato and spot on.

My best friend loves okra. In gumbo, bean casserole and especially fried.

A dish is near perfect except for needing a little seasoning and spice. Apparently that is a 3 point deduction. Yet a texture clash and the hazelnut 'diluting' the dish is only a 2 point deduction.
