Brownlow Medallist
Lyn & Sal's chocolate brownie dessert in the open restaurant round was not competition worthy, yet their brownie biscuit was. OK. Some of them looked very nice, P&V and I&R's looked awful. I don't think L&S's brownie biscuit was the best by appearance, but I can see how the general public would prefer it to the more chefy offerings.
