Let me see if I understood this correctly.

You hate city lifestyle, which is fair enough, but you moved into a massive concrete block of apartments, like city folk do, but it's ok because you can fish?

Don't get me wrong, the place looks great, but it's hardly the "getaway from city" lifestyle your proclaiming it to be. You will have people living on either side of your walls, below your floor and above your ceiling, but it's different to city lifestyle, you know, because you can fish.

I live in a 3 bedroom house, I also have neighbours, but not living through a wall, and guess what, I can go fishing too.

You're living more city than me bud, it's just you think you're great because your one of the first to move into your new city.

Nope, Chris was in charge of the resort built at Cotton Beach. I oversaw the entire development, also Chris isn't an AFL fan.

I'm no longer in that game though, now a fund manager.

Happy to report this place is the shit! I rarely see people and have put a huge dent in the whiting polpuation of northen nsw.

Not everyones taste but suite me perfect.

As for the developers building it for holiday tenancies, perhaps they couldve done a tiny bit of research and realised it aint ever gonna be full of holiday makers.... too far from the 'action'. But suits me perfectly as the building is half empty.

TY developers for your usual money grabbing attempts. Your failure is my happiness.
