Not bad mate. I can see there will be a few laughs with this genre of film.

Interesting concept. Good luck.
Interesting, I subbed.
Thanks guys!!!!! Appreciate it!!!!:thumbsu:

This is more a pilot to give a feel for the tone and characters. It gives everyone a bit of air time but doesn't have a through story.
Episode 2 has a story line and hopefully bigger laughs:rainbow:

Quite liked it, subscribed. Best of luck with it.

Thanks mate!!! 250 views and it hasn't premiered in the states yet so hopefully it can hit the 1000 mark within the week.

Thx for the support guys. Episode 1 hit the 1000 view mark by day 6 and sits at around 1300.

Episode 2 drops at midnight tonight but I thought I'd share it here ;)

All feedback welcome!!

Emma's speech impediment is the only thing she has in common with Cowro ;)

Just wanted to say thanks to anyone who watched episode 2 (and again for anyone with feedback:thumbsu:)

A web series is a non-pay venture where all involved give their time and skills to hopefully create an entertaining show. Your feedback helps mould that further so thank you!!!!!:rainbow:

Episode 1 shot to 1000 in 6 days and has since crawled to 1300 which is a great effort for an unknown show.

Episode 2 has bolted to 15000 views in a week and this blows my mind. The exposure this creates and aids us in the future is immense. Plus it takes my mind off the North debacle of a season.

I was away when you originally began this thread James. Ironically around that time I would've been in Beverley Hills, LA. Great job mate. Remember us when you're walking into The Oscars down the track!

Hey Baz.
Episode 3 was shot and edited but I ultimately wasn't happy with it and it's now sitting on the shelf. I can pass on the locked link if anyone is interested. It is also a case of the series being crippled by pull outs. The main problem of having a location and set actors.

First our location was pulled out from under us. It's hard to write a season of scripts based in a match making office without an office location.

Second an inordinate amount of actors have pulled out. It's hard to complain when you don't pay but come on. The main chick in the first two found god and doesn't want to act. Henry (the dude in the toilet) got a music gig in Europe so can't blame him. The other guy not the main one won $80, 000 on a scratchie and can't be found.

So....... we've pulled the pin at the moment on Love, Period and started up another series. 'The Peanut Gallery'. It's basically a series of random skits and stuff so we're not held by having to have the specific location or actors. My series of skits will be 'Drunken Hook Ups gone wrong'

As for the script. My co writer in Arizona has been shopping it around with limited success. 20th century fox liked it but were looking for $60m type scripts so passed. As did Warner Bros and another big time producer who was fleetingly interested.

However while shopping it around Hollywood he did pick up some exciting signings.
A line producer who produced Eagle Eye
A producer who produced American Pie and Face/Off
The casting director from How I met your mother
The music director from Glee.

The budget has been set at $1, 120, 000 and we've raised $240, 000 so far but a syndicate of multi millionaires have said they're very interested in paying the remaining amount although that means shit until he shows us some money.

So if anyone is looking at buying $10, 000 shares email me haha.

Wow, sounds like it's really ramping up, hope it gets up for you :thumbsu:

Edit : sorry jlind78 don't know how I missed your reply back in October, but geez mate, you've had some back luck with the actors on the other project (found God, got a music gig, won money with a scratchie) sounds like a very implausible movie script

Cheers thanks guys!!!! Nothing is a done deal until it's in cinemas but pretty stoked to be getting articles in Hollywood reporter.

A couple of characters are named after North players which I usually do. ;):footy::thumbsu:
