Id almost forgotten how terrible modern day umpiring was. Sheesh how many goals will we give up due to feigned head high contact n players collapsing for in the back this year. **** it frustrates me.

On a positive note, id forgotten how funny the banter was between the chief, Dermie n now Brownie is. Couldn't stand em as players but I do like the constant digs at one another. N David King should open a TAB n **** right off of television

I don't mind the banter as you say GCNavyBlue but MEB_ has a point. If they mixed the banter with some enthusiastic calling of the game rather than a strategic circle jerk I would be happy. Save strategy for half time when I am getting another drink or taking a leak...

True that Bazza -I believe Chief, Spud n Dermie get the mix right. All give good, I insightful calling of the game n slip the boot into one another when given the chance. If they fell into the JB, Slats, Taylor, Healy banter then it would be too much. However afl is a lot more action packed than cricket so can't see it happening. David King's level of bandwagon jumping n over the top data n 'game plan' breakdown is woeful to hear

OK to give Thomas Cripps Wood Simpson a rest given they have played two weeks already.
