Are the teams for the Saturday/Sunday matches released prior to the start of the Carlton Richmond game?
Yep, team announcement happens at 630ish, so you'll have just over an hour. Sunday's teams will not be finalise until Friday night though

Cheers. So Sunday has the squad of 25 correct?
Yep! So rookie related, Adams, Gresham, Keays/Mathieson and Ruggles might make the squad of 25 but not the final team

Lonergan is injured too.. Hes unlikely to play rnd one from the article i read.. Ankle/foot injury.. Could be anything from 2weeks onwards, depends what hes done ATFL - 4 to 6, if theres anything else damaged calcaneus or tendons could be 6 to ten.. No reports on the severity.. I wish the afl would report more thoroughly on niggles during the pre season
With emerging midfielder Jesse Lonergan ruled out of Friday’s NAB3 clash against Adelaide with an ankle injury, the Gold Coast SUNS will be missing a large chunk of its first-choice midfield brigade.

But despite going into the final pre-season game with an inexperienced engine room, coach Rodney Eade sees positives with Lonergan and captain Gary Ablett both available for round one. Ball magnet Dion Prestia is also still a strong chance to play in the SUNS’ season opener on March 26.

G.W Bailey had to get best supporting actor.
Bobcat was probably a bit stiff too.

I saw Bobcat live in Carlton around 93 with work. No idea if he was any good.
I was on the stoners table & the paranoia was rife with the bosses sitting at the next table.

I do remember that the packet of chicken chips tasted the best I'd ever had, though the bag said it was BBQ.

So not sure if this is what is being referred to, but there is a downloadable xls overview of the rookie scores from the NAB challenge via jock Reynolds, might be of interest to some.

Worst case scenario I think Libba still averages 95. The Dogs have improved since he last played which will help him IMO. Guys like Bontempelli, Wallis, Hunter, Macrae will really take the pressure off him. 105+ a real possibility. Absolute lock for mine.[/QUOTE
The problem with Libba is that if he averages 95 he is not a keeper. Maybe a bench spot if he hits 105. Mills and maybe Oliver could hit 80/85 and so pretty much the same job for work cheaper.
I am trying to avoid spending on mid price non keepers this year. My plan may call into a heap next Wednesday!
