Had sidey as M4 up until mid Thai week- just couldn't make a midfield that deep work in my structure. I'm tempted to have him over Pendles though- how do you reckon they'll compare average wise this year?

I think Pendlebury will do his usual. I expect a fit Sidebottom to improve on last year though. He broke a thumb early in the year and missed weeks. When he came back he was clearly hindered though. He's a running machine and will rack up plenty of footy.

I think DeGoey is going to suck a few in.
Improvement will come, but it won't be drastic.
He'll average alright (72-84 I see him at) so he could be a good stepping stone, but won't go 90++

His new 5 year deal certainly helps, plus being a part of the leadership group. Solidifies his already entrenched position within the group. Creates stability, and comfort. Also has the best tank at Collingwood.

Rusty is a definite chance to be a top 10 mid this year.

It's tempting- I mean, if I do actually go him ahead of Pendles he frees up 60k odd which, with my existing funds, turns a D8 into Francis or an F8 into millera / **** etc

Nothing wrong with some one eyed bias mate,

It's all about what creates the best result overall, not necessarily those 2 head to head. A lot to consider- will sidey (or similar) be a keeper? How much less will they average than Pendles? Will the other moves make up that difference and more?

A lot to consider, thankfully I have another 1000 changes to do to my team before round 1 lockout

Wheres the scores at lads? I watched first half, as i thought, the **** went alright for a half n then blew his shit everywhere.. Brilliant kicking a checkside goal uncontested from 20 out on a 45 degree angle but.. A simple drop punt n would gave barrelled out on the full.. Hence his equally as good set shot from 38 out n on a 85 degree angle.. He's definitely been working hard lol
