Sheridan talk reminds me a bit of the same discussions had regarding Cameron Sutcliffe last year. I'm not convinced enough to stray from the GnR approach. (If you can call the DEF's Guns that is) Currently have Shaw, Rance, Laird and Jimmy B. Not sure I'm prepared to gamble much more than that. Got my fingers burnt by Harry O last year and swore I wouldn't do it again
All much safer picks then Sheridan. Don't be tempted by midpricers in the backlines of top 4 teams.

LOL Scott Gullan from the Herald Sun actually gets paid to write this shit.

"Leaving your best half-dozen players out of the team was a risk but new coach Brendon Bolton clearly thought he had enough bodies to deal with the mishmash Bombers.

It was the first major mistake of his coaching career."

"Major mistake" in a pre-season game that means SFA.

I'm surprised he didn't call it his "second major mistake" after all, BB did only use half the bench rotations that Hawthorn did last week. It's like winning or even being competitive in NAB games mean absolutely nothing to this guy.

Sheridan looks tempting sure, but he's only a bit over 100k cheaper then guys like KK and Bartel who should be pretty safe bets. If you want to fit someone like Weitering in then sure but if there is enough cheap rookies down back to start with I doubt I'll go with him

Why mate? 17 touches in 75% ToG 76% DE. A bit meh eh?
Was in my side up until this evening.. I really had lack of confidence picking lessendon rookie types for 200. The browns and such are much more appealing. Im not sure simpkins will average more than 60, which by end of year hes grown 100 thousand? thats not what im looking for

I am tempted. Averaged 91 in last 8 games last year taking out sub affected game. Could easily ave close to 90 this year.
With McPharlin gone he will have more resposibilty and more opportunity to improve.
If he fits into your structure I say go for it. Best place to tke risks is down back again this year. Might become a keeper.

That 100k can be the difference between Jacobs and Goldy, I know where I'd rather spend the coin.

Notable performers (min 2 games)
Obviously price dependant.

Only Todd Goldstein (125) averaged more #AFLFantasy points vs bottom 10 teams last year than Tom Mitchell (120). Mundy/Pendles with 115.
