Brad sheppard anyone think he could have a break out year
Had a break out year last year. Looks like he hasn't missed a beat in the off season and will only get better.
Will get a AA gig on half back this year but don't think his scoring will improve too much.
Hurn is the one who benefits most by having McKenzie and Brown back.

I think you'll find most of us will give a few examples of moves that will put you in the right direction then tell you to back your gut.

If your gut (footy knowledge) is a bit iffy, nothing short of copying our teams will help you.

He very well could mate. He's a safe pick and has gotten over his injured years.
Solid consistent scorer who will play 22 games and has a set role that he can grow into. Not a mr fix it like Yeo.

Didn't you ask this already ? I posted it, but would be quite a few pages ago now. He played two's on Saturday, definitely didn't stand out, and in the last quarter got flattened by the Redlands ruckman, who by the way, is a monster. He was helped off by trainers and didn't come back on.
Don't think so, but missed the answer all the same. Thanks for the info, looks like he may be a downgrade option later rather than a starter. Cheers.

I understand that Mr Jiska, but does it make it a better decision if the expensive rookie can be a keeper at D6, M8, F6? I suppose the potential is definitely there for a few of these <250g players but whether they play entire seasons is the other thing..

But i do agree, and is the reason i have steered clear of weitering..

Just A little devils advocate
Good point. If you think he'll be in your side come SC finals then worth the risk. Personally I don't think that will be the case hence my spending elsewhere but it is all a guessing game, isn't it? :)

Don't start with Dusty - the guy is a hack.

Schoenmakers time as a defender is over.
Short of their being no alternative due to injury, he is now a forward. Played all his junior footy as a forward so not surprising really.
Even more the case with Roughead out.

They would love Spangher to get his body right. He would be plan A. But he hasn't been fit for more than 12 months now so I won't be holding my breath. Alternatives are very raw and untried. Brand and Heatherley the likely 2. Looks as though Brand is in the lead.
I think ideally they would like to play another tall so will probably give it chance. If it doesn't work however, they know they can survive playing smaller. Both Howe and Litherland are cllose to 190cm and offer much more with ball in hand. Don't really play like genuine KPP though.

If Brand plays Rd1, it's possible Howe doesn't

Gibson too risky to start with then? Sounds like he'll be needed as a lock down a bit.

I haven't been around for a few days. Is there a link to any sort of formguide that shows all the SC scores and averages for the NAB challenge?
Herald Sun did one last year, hopefully they do it again this year. If so, I'd imagine it'll be out some time this week

Jock Reynolds and SC Paige did them last year.

Scroll through this thread, don't trust those fools.

That would be my thinking. Just too much uncertainty.
If he consistently plays loose (or at least with little responsibility) then he can be a prime upgrade target for us all later in the year.

Are the teams for the Saturday/Sunday matches released prior to the start of the Carlton Richmond game?
