From a personnal popint of view id much rather play the connsecutive games, you cool down too much with a 50 minute break or whatever it is, inhibits the chance of injury, conssecutive games is closer to having an extended halftime break so you can stay warmer (Not that staying warm in perth in february is a hard task)

Firstly, how weird is it seeing Lynch in a Collingwood jumper?
Secondly, how weird is it having the commentators talking about him like he's a gun?
Finally, how do people reckon he's doing? I was worried he'd find a second wind and we'd regret letting him go.

Was at the game.
Kept an eye out for Lynch and Koby (got the same amount of ground time as Swift and he's not on a list anymore
).The goal Lynch kicked was opportunistic, hanging 15 m goal side of the play and the Dogs looked to clear it but there was a smother I think and it ended up just getting hacked/forced out of the pack and over to Lynch who kicked the goal from about 2 meters out.
Took a couple of marks around half forward I think, nothing too special eventuated. The crowd we all hyped up "have a shot Lynchy!" and then he missed..... Clokes contested marking will make Lynch look a bit better if he just puts it to the top of the square all season though.
Don't think he's trimmed down as a pic posted a while ago would make out, still not great at turning and below his knees but was marking cleanly.
I agree it was strange seeing him play for the Pies, but no animosity there, it's probably best for both parties really.
I think he'll do alright, nothing special but we all are pretty familiar with his strengths and his un-strengths by now. Cloke will play deeper and Lynch will either draw attention away from him, or draw the ball and then get it in long and fast.
Good luck to him really though.

Lynch was same old same old without any standout moments he has every 3-4 games. He is just a role player for the Pies.
It was funny how he was constantly referred to in such glowing terms for the whole broadcast. I have not heard him referred to in those terms ever, even when he kicked 50 goals in 06. Its amazing how his ability has spiked by playing for a big Vic club.

Whether they have increased swervability and the ability to seem in control
of a game.
This pre-season has been great simply with the new personal records in time trials.
Keen to watch if any have put on bulk (muscle) since last year.
If our midfield can compete with say Sydney's then we can win the premiership.
Hoping our midfield can take full advantage of our ruck duo, or else it has been waste to have our ruck dominance.

Come on fellas when it comes to Quinten being over in victoria we all knew 'suddenly' the AFL community would rate him higher.
I say good on him. Unless he bags a goal to sink us in an important game i think him getting some kudos over there after being a serviceable player at the club is a good thing.

Noticed the same thing, we all knew it was coming though haha same old crap.
The Melbourne media have been pumping him up all preseason to the point where I've been thinking the collingwood forward line must be crap if lynch is going to improve it so much...makes you wonder how much they truly over rate other Victorian players.
