I'd throw Hutchins forward now that Lynch is down. Hope we try him there against Sydney. He might just take the opportunity.

Hi guys,
Tomm vdV here from North. Currently compressing the large files that are the quarters. Will be posting them up online all at once, but they are super large files and take time to compress. So right now we are running as fast as we can, at the mercy of the technology we are using. Will be aiming to get the whole game up by tonight, but if we have any issues with the tech and/or internet it may be tomorrow. Up within 24 hours, with the aim being sometime tonight. Apologies for the delay, and appreciate your patience.

So good to have some vision.
Sammy Day didn't do as poorly as the stats suggested. Very much played his role.D
Sammy appeared to spend more time in the ruck.Isn't a full fwds roll to kick goals.
Unfortunately with our dysfunctional fwd line, it places so much extra pressure on our midfield to kick goals for us to be competitive.
Few Observations
David Swallow: Is back to his 2011 form and then some, playing out of his skin and a worthy no.1 pick.
Karmichael Hunt: Is obviously not in our best 22 let alone top 8 midfielders, gave away so many obvious free kicks and seems "slowish". The GCS coaching staff need some backbone on this one. As much as i love Karmicheal i love winning games more and our best 22 should take the field each week. Regardless of pedigree...
Sam Day: Does some really good things and trys hard. If he can just add marking to his game he will be amazing for us! Just needs to take strong marks consistently to be a force.
Jaeger O'meara: Some of the stuff this guy does me wet... like seriously wet. and I'm a guy. when this guy averages 25 disposals a game he is going to be incredible. Just have to be patient.
Brandon Matera: don't worry about the 3 behinds. A couple of the shots were impossible. Don't really think he "sparked" any come back either. It was more Swallow playing extremely well then fish carving them. Just my opinion anyway. He still played well though.
I could go on and on but i won't bore you with walls of text but i could go on and on
Not as one sided as the North supports claim; worth a watch.
Props to the NMFC for getting the game up in such good quality, very enjoyable![]()
i have to disagree with u..
karmichael hunt played a very good game. i didnt see him give away any free kicks, he wore ziebell like a glove he was very very quiet. he is good around the congestion and will continue to improve
jackson allen i thought was the one that gave away heaps of free kicks, he played on black and imo was the reason they got away to an early lead, didnt play in the second half and was the reason we came back into the game when weller came on.
aaron hall player extremely well took the play on and could be the second crumbing forward behind matera that we have needed. i give him and A and is pushing for rnd 1 selection
david swallow killed it. agree with you there, look out for a great season from him
steven may was probably the one that impressed me the most. if we dont play him in the forward line over day i will be shocked. he throws him sself at every contest and will play most games i feel.
standouts for me were martin, swallow, bennell, harbrow.
