With the submission of the final designs to NAFL Headquarters in the next 24 hours, the executives of the Bass Strait Bobcats are proud to announce their latest campaign and team sponsor Tesla Energy. Tesla will have the back sponsorship rights on all Bobcats guernseys for the 2016/17 season and have pledged an additional 2 million dollars to help fund Bass Strait's latest environmental campaign launched with the Tasmanian government to "go green". All energy required by the club in its training facilities and home ground will be completely environmentally friendly, as will packaging for food, and other items at these locations. The club will be releasing an email to its club members regarding this new initiative later in the week and fans will also see the unveiling of the latest on and off-field gear for the club at this time as well.
