Insane first round quality here, this is so good. It’s and interesting and somewhat unsurprising to see the rise in 3D photorealistic/angled templates, so a special shoutout to Dylan8 for taking on something new and developing a contemporary “sketched” template that was completely hand drawn. I hope the risk pays off (just not against the Miners )

I love NAFL round 1.

Excellent quality across the board once again.

Boomers remain strong. Hornets design is phenomenal. Foxes design is so good and entry aesthetic is so cool that in the YI template era, a sketch based template is a huge chance to win the league.

Template and presentation are nice, design is good too but I think last year's was a bit stronger and bolder. Might be the thickness of the Vs. A really nice entry though.

How'd you go designing on the angled template? I found it easier than I thought I would. Sometimes you've gone too far in the wrong direction with the warping and need to start from scratch again, but I usually get the result I'm looking for.

Yeah I had the same issue too. Warping the layers actually wasn't too much of an issue, I just found that I had to test different designs on it though because some times the displacement layer worked well with one particular design but with some others it looked average. Wanted to get feedback on the template but instead tried to get the surprise effect in the end.
