This man has a classic lifeless 1000 yard stare whenever the topic of Waikato is brought up. He's been through some things at the hands of the Tigers.

Yeah probably can’t have two teams in a small town like Bundaberg, you would need to relocate.
As mentioned in the OP, no, everyone is in the big league this season.
Both leagues are merged into one this year, so all ressies teams are part of the top league.
