Daicos.
More versatile and has copped more attention by the opposition in comparison to Ashcroft who has a star-studded midfield around him on a week to week basis.

Yeah Nick is a very good H&A player but didn't do much come finals in 2025. Ranked 19th with 5 points in the Gary Ayres award. Ashcroft #1 with 26.5 points.

Helps having the likes of McCluggage, Neale, Dunkley & Bailey pulling their weight in comparison to Lipinski, Long, de Goey and old boys Pendles & Sidebottom.

Fact is, Daicos plays for Brisbane and we would be witnessing absurd performances as he would not have to carry the bulk of the midfield.

It's simply a perfect storm for Will Ashcroft at the moment.
