I caught the first couple of episodes. I think it was the 1st episode where they were in Costa Rica. The guy was so chauvinistic that I was happy he could hardy walk by the end. The woman had food poisoning but still saved his ass.

I've only discovered N&A this year with it being on nine rush, initially after bear grylls. Didn't realise it's been around as long as it has and last week saw my first episodes of N&A XL (40 day challenge instead of 21 and with 12 participants instead of 2. Finding the portrayal of EJ a bit hard to believe - I've only ever seen him and Laura given a PSR above 9 and in this XL (Colombia I think) we are supposed to buy that he, Jeff and Hakim expend heaps of energy on a shelter without having located a water source?

Did you see the ep with the Sweedish? Guy? And his partner was an absolute mental case, chucking her fire starter and coals in the water before she was forced off the show.

I watched The Rock at 8.30pm, then stayed up till past 2am to catch the replay hahaha.

It was pretty straight forward psychology. She was totally conveying what SHE was doing onto them- accusing them! She was nuts.
