purple horde​

In honour of the great Golden Horde - one of the greatest empires seen on earth. Our fans and members number many like the horde and one day our premierships will number like the victories of the great khan.
It refers to our colour which we is unique, distinctly Fremantle, which we get so much hate for from other supporters [ care factor 0 ] plus the horde refers to strenght through great numbers - which we have - and cheer on the team every game.

I voted for 2, Purple Horde and Sail and Anchor.

I am a little over harbour/marina/jetty type themes. What we have in our nickname - Dockers - and on our jumper - a big f**ken anchor - is enough. The Sail and Anchor does sound along the same lines but i voted for that more coz its a great pub i've been drunk in many times.

Purple Horde is probably the one. Purple is a very under rate colour. Although it could sound too much like 'purple whore'.

Other suggestions - Purple Army, Purple Hearts, Purple is the new black

Who really cares what other supporters call us. They are always bemoaning our colours or playing strip, because they are a sea of clones. Who cares.

A Horde is much stronger than an Army. Strenght through numbers - thats something that really exsists with the dockers and our collective fans and members.

Purple hearts is cool - but slightly americanised..
