Your right, u was cranky about the text message crafted as tribunal evidence and I angrily suggested 8. I don't recall any Stewart incidents last year. Unless your talking about on Prestia, I thought that was 3 years ago.

It sucks when it happens to a player who could never play because of braun alone, a player who is there chiefly for there skill with the ball. A player that could never do a thing like what Nash did because no one believes they are that clumsy — at texting or at footy.
*I was cranky

With all honesty, what’s he going to say?
“Nash is a dog and we are furious?”

Of course he’s going to say that 🤦‍♂️
OK, so let’s pretend that he was just lying… now explain why there wasn’t a dust up after it. If the Geelong players actually thought it was a deliberate strike? Come on this will be good.

So as many of the media say that he was clearly going for the ball and messed up that badly and it was clearly no intent in it.
So it was simply an accident yes?
4 weeks for an accident sounds a bit rich doesn’t it?

To me there is a difference between "not on purpose" and "accident". I don't think he intended to hit him in the head like he did but the way he swung his arm was careless/negligent. It's a bit like speeding and having a car crash, maybe the crash was not on purpose but it's reasonable to conclude negligent actions (speeding) contributed to the crash.

4 weeks was appropriate with how the AFL is try to protect players against concussion.
