Christian wouldn't even send it up for MaynardThe guilty is right. I guess thd sentence is on the lighter end because it's a first offence.
If this was Maynard he'd rightly get 6-8, belted lots of blokes.
Yeah/nah. 4 weeks appropriate.Should run the gauntlet and appeal!

Miers out for 2 with concussion…. Nash out for 4 for suspension sounds fair to me.Gerard Healy was spitting chips today on the radio, said it was worth at least 6.
From the get go I thought 4 seemed right, if he's not concussed it's probably just a week though
A better outcome would have been blowing everyone away with an 8 week suspension and putting the burden on players to play with skill and not thuggery.Miers out for 2 with concussion…. Nash out for 4 for suspension sounds fair to me.
Why did you just disagree with my comment regarding careless contact to the head. The tribunal literally graded it careless...A better outcome would have been blowing everyone away with an 8 week suspension and putting the burden on players to play with skill and not thuggery.
If you're not skilful enough to play a fast skillful game, thrn go play beach volleyball, or something more to your speed and level of finesse.
No, it’s three weeks for no concussion. See the Voss one.Gerard Healy was spitting chips today on the radio, said it was worth at least 6.

Hope not. No history of concussion (?), and he seemed up and about after the game. Of course, we don't know if he suffered any delayed symptoms.I'm thinking it's longer for Gryan. I think Gryan will miss more games than Nash

Agreed, 4 weeks is clearly not enough. Needs to be 5 or 6.Should run the gauntlet and appeal!
Yep, fine Nash a year's salary. That would be acceptable in lieu of a suspension.A fine at best
AFL is just corrupt

Voss didn't concuss Vlaustin and still got 3 weeks.Gerard Healy was spitting chips today on the radio, said it was worth at least 6.

It's the optics or as the AFL will say, the outcome that is punished. t was always going to be 4 weeks once the AFL declared that was what it was after. So as many of the media say that he was clearly going for the ball and messed up that badly and it was clearly no intent in it.
So it was simply an accident yes?
4 weeks for an accident sounds a bit rich doesn’t it?

Just to set the record straight - the Stewart bump on Prestia was three years ago (June 2022), not last year, although you'd think it was last week with some of the Richmond postsI hope you were wanting Tom Stewart to get 10 weeks for his act a year ago then, somehow I doubt this would be the case.
I hope you were wanting Tom Stewart to get 10 weeks for his act a year ago then, somehow I doubt this would be the case. Come off it 4 is a fair whack for a high degree careless act that's all this was. Was graded careless as it was, no way could you get intentional upheld he didn't come 50m away and elbow the bloke.
Injuries happen, and the main thing is Miers is making a full recovery but Nash is 4 weeks and that's spot on, the 6 plus are for deliberate stuff, look at Andrew Gaff's one for reference those are that range.
