You don't understand what a fishbowl Geelong is. I live here and the Geelong Advertiser gives them 8 pages of coverage with little on any other club during the season. Nathan's problem was he couldn't escape the shadow of his old man here. As soon as I heard about him living on the Gold coast I automatically knew he'd end up at GC17 in some form or another. As did my GF's family, who are dyed in the wool cats supporters.

He'll get very little coverage at GC compared to here - which is what would attract him to the GC. He just wants to play the game, he doesn't like the lime light.

He'd been playing at Southport IIRC, so it was a pretty obvious move over to GC17. A very talented player, and good on GC17 for having the balls to get such an exciting player on their list.
