Brown would take away any development we can put in Yarran and Garlett.

I wouldn't be angry if we take Robbo. It's about putting some trust in the youngens really. So unpredicatble about what's happening in that forward line. I'm off the belief that even without Fev we can manage about 60 plus goals between Kreuzer and Hendo. 30 plus from Waite and Betts with Yarran, Garlett, Robbo all kicking some more goals making up what we lost with Fev.

Not to mention the excess of goals we'll get from Judd, Gibbs, Murphy and co.

Whats the point of drafting Brown or Robbo? We'll get two good years out of them at most and thats if they perform. I'ld rather develop Yarra, Garlett, Mitch, and Henderson. Give these guys game time and experience because they are the future of our football club.

In 3-4 years time, we could have a really good forward line. Imagine Henderson playing at full foward, Kruezer at center half and Yarran as a small forward. All these guys are top 10 draft picks so they possess some talent.
Henderson has been branded as 'speculative' but i hope he turns out to be elite. I just watched a youtube montage of him kicking 9 goals in the QAFL and this kid can play.

These players are finished if anyone ask Matthew Lloyd to consider coming out of retirement and sit at Full Forward for 2 years,his dad was John a Carlton man. Seriously though, none of these washed up delistees is worth anything. I'd prefer to promote another rookie (Jacobs or Garlett) than go for an older guy in the PSD. If we had an early pick and we could throw cash at Ball, then maybe but with pick 11 in the PSD anything with currency will be long gone by the time we get near it.

Besides, I'm looking forward to seeing some skinny young forwards in Navy Blue being thrown about like rag-dolls by the Scarlett's etc of the comp for the next 2-3 years. No point in trying to recycle older players and stem the hurt, we tried that with Pagan...it doesnt work. We need to wear the pain, go back and rebuild a forward line and be patient.
