We have contracted "future" stars for 3 years in Tarrant & Fraser for the lowly amounts of $230 - $300k....below market price. Didak under that too.

It's called "sound" list management which is something Richmond have not learnt obviously with Holland, Gaspar, Richo etc being paid above market price.

Thought they'd learnt their lesson after that fateful day they signed Richo, Knights, Daffy & Campbell.

well we were still $350,000 under the cap this year, then molloy, feeborn, richardson and mckee will retire. leon will leave with scottland, theres another $800,000+. buckley on veterans, $400,000. then we pay for the newer contracts, still plenty. we get nathan for $400,000. woeys next contract wont be anymore than $320,000 a year, as he will be 28 or such, and he didnt just come off a brownlow. burns, licca, rocca etc non of them are on more than $300,000, maybe rocca. but im sure when they last signed they all signed for less as they want to play for the jumper. as did tazza and josh. so there you go. i know about most clubs money dealings so ask me somethings.

brown yes, stevens not unless we trade someone good, so hopefully no. soloman yes, he is only worth $300,000, but maybe still need to trade someone for him.

eddie has already stated we have $750,000 free to shop around with, which also doesnt include the players we'd be trading to get these stars so really its even more

Buddy, even if you have the salry cap space , you aint got the currency that clubs are after that will allow you to nab both Brown and stevens.

My guess is you'll take stevens that has landed in your lap...cost prob a didak

Who will you offload for Brown...Molloy/scotland/McKee/McGough....dont make me laugh, the Bulldogs would rather a dozen crusty jock straps....

yep i did, even tho browny isnt from the rat pack, him and tazza have been good mates for a few years, we will get brown, and try and get soloman, we can do it. i dont want stevens but if we get him i wont cry. mick has said if you wanna get paid more than the club will offer than leave. no one has yet.
