You're picking a bit here - we did have a couple of average talents but you're naming too many to make it seem like our demise has been less completed by Bucks.

Blair was a jet in 2010 playing some great football, Dawes had a good year, kicking 30 something goals, Harry O was AA in 2010 playing incredible footy off the back flank and Maxwell was a very serviceable defender that may have not been the best player, but his leadership role and shut down quality was more than warranting of a spot in our best 22. He was AA just a year before.

Macaffer's GF replay was very important, kicking two goals when the game was in the early stages. Brown, Toovey and Goldsack I'll give you.

Yes but we aint talking of a backline of Enright, Kelly, Lonergon, Scarlett, Taylor and Mackie. The players were able to fill a role within the structure that's the reason both players received AA noms. Maxwell was not a good defender 1 on 1 and Lumumba was only good once the ball hit the ground. Blair had a good year in 2010 and did nothing since neither has Dawes. Caff was awesome in the GF he has been average since. Wellingham is in that list as well.

Re-posting this inspiring bit of coaching by Buckley...2019 waste of a year, 2020 cultural explosion.

harsh tumble downtime \.... his work is not predicated on the supposed legends of his players.. cash for comment and

Collingwood 2011 annihilated team after team, it was scary, wheels started to fall off about 5 rounds from the end, coincidentally when the premiership coach was told was told he'd still have to walk.

And when you see the way the players got around Hardwick tonight after the game you can understand why. players play for their coach, devastating to be told he's getting it in the neck for no good reason.
ODN is a smart cage..

Always thought they overachieved in 2018. Great defence and midfield at the time but most premiership teams have an absolutely top class key forward.

How such a big / well resourced club hasn’t been able to attract a quality key forward to replace Cloke is a real concern imo.

I don’t even think he’ll care if this is his last year. Goes back into the media on really good money with none of the stress or scrutiny. He may even welcome it.

I think for both parties, it will be a welcome relief.

Most of the supporter base is itching for change now.

So looks like we miss out in 7 years time again too.

Really got lucky that we played so s**t against them and couldnt stop their ball movement and smalls

worst key forwards in the league...would love to have kept them owen 4 and battling north for last.

Such a disgrace of a team.

Hope bucks stays, super great coaching lol
