IIRC he had unauthorised surgery while still at Pies. Seem to recall they were p1ssed about it too.
Not sure the Pies should be p.....d off about that because they arranged for Treloar to have unauthorised surgery in Tassie while he was still on GWS' list.

Seen at TBO at 08:30 this morning.
Running very smooth laps at three quarter pace.
Zero indication of any injury issue.
I wonder if he gets game time in the practice match against Williamstown today?
Three qtr pace is not the problem though. It when he goes at 100% his tissue hammy's fall off the bone

The thing about scar tissue is that it can grow at any time. It’s very possible he has had it removed before as some have suggested and very likely it’s grown again. It’s also not necessarily the case the club ‘missed this and should have removed it earlier’ as some have suggested as there’s every chance it wasn’t showing up until more recent scans.
Obviously it doesn’t bode well for the state of his hammies but people should understand that scar tissue can come at any time and can occur repetitively

Why can't they be honest and say we aren't sure how long rather then say 6 weeks then the week
after 7-8 weeks or at least give a reason why it's going to take longer it's just annoying as all hell

Still happy we took a risk even though it really has not worked out through no ones fault but misfortunes.

Was gonna play the what if/hindsight game on how much time and dollars has been invested in trying to get him right but that’s probably best left alone.

Sadly Freeman wont play a senior game for us you would think but I'm happy with the risk. Maybe we should have taken it with Omeara.

Maybe, but we Basically got Long Battle and Clark for O'Meara so that was a win I think.

Would have cost a lot more than a future 2nd round pick too.

And Hawthorns desperation to get JOM resulted in us effectively getting Steele and Freeman for very little.
