I think we need a 'Richo Translate' function where you put something Richo says through the translator to find out the actual meaning.

Richo:
Yeeah. Freezer is going well. He is really up and running and doing all the work on the track. We think hes going to be a real positive for us. He is one of the most mentally strong young fellas I have coached. Hes got his strength and his speed back. So yeeah very pleasing. Looks positive.

After 'Richo Translate':
3-5 weeks away from full training. Just out of surgery. In the rehab group.

Injury report on the club website said he had the op a couple of weeks ago and they "found a defect and repaired that".

Due to start running again tomorrow and to be available to play games in about 6 weeks from now.

Said he hasn't missed a lot of training so his conditioning is "right up there".

Hopefully they fixed up the defect and it makes all the difference.

I always thought just after he came over from the filth, he had surgery to remove scar tissue ?
